Page serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Genesis Group. As CEO, Page is responsible for the agency’s operational leadership, ethical standards, compliance oversight, and long-term stability, with a central focus on protecting the families who entrust Genesis with deeply personal journeys.
After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine, Page built his early career in the hospitality industry within elite, performance-driven environments. Page worked in revered fine dining and hospitality environments, including establishments lead by James Beard Award winning chefs and within the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts organization. These roles demanded uncompromising standards, constant accountability, and leadership under pressure, where excellence was not aspirational but expected, and failures were immediate and visible. This experience forged a disciplined approach to operations, financial stewardship, and client care that continues to shape how Page leads organizations today.
As a father of three children born through IVF and surrogacy, Page brings a lived experience to the decisions that shape Genesis’s policies, screening standards, and advocacy for intended parents. This perspective informs a leadership approach, grounded in empathy, transparency, and ethical responsibility.
Page believes that organizations reveal their true character during moments of difficulty. At Genesis, this belief translates into a commitment to doing what is right over what is expedient, even when decisions are complex or commercially challenging.
